2020 Municipal By-ElectionElection Officials The Town of Smithers is seeking individuals to work as Election Officials for the 2020 Municipal by-election. Preference will be given to those individuals who have experience working Municipal, Provincial, or Federal Elections. You will be required to attend a training session on Wednesday, May 13 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. General Voting Day is on Saturday, May 30, 2020 and you will be required to be on site from approximately 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.. You will be paid a total stipend of $250.
