Entry Level Operators Entry level industrial operations positions in the renewable energy sector. Reporting to the Shift Team Lead, an entry level operator will provide relief coverage for clean-up support, operation of mobile equipment, and assist operators and maintenance personnel as required throughout the plant site to Safely Produce Quality Wood Pellets. This position is shiftwork rotation of days and nights, four on, four off (12hr shifts) with some overtime required.
