Exciting opportunity for an experienced Front Store Manager to be part of our community focused traditional Pharmasave store. Our traditional store is located at 3752 &ndash 4th Avenue. The successful candidate will have: &bull Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience of a large business. &bull Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills with high attention to detail. &bull Organization and planning skills. &bull Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. &bull Highly motivated and adventurous with an appreciation for small town life in a diverse community. Accountabilities: &bull Aptitude for developing strategic goals which would encompass revenue streams, margin and expense management, including labour and overhead costs. &bull Ability to manage the overall front store operations and day to activities. &bull Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead a large, seasoned and diverse team. &bull Superior customer service skills with both our internal customers and external customers. &bull Inventory management including product ordering, receiving, merchandising and promotions.
