Planning Technician IV The Town of Smithers is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Planning Technician IV ($35.91). This is a full time unionized position with CUPE. Qualifications for a Planning Technician IV include eight years in Municipal Planning or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
