Wet&rsquoSuwet&rsquoen First NationCOMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY PLAN COORDINATOR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Works closely with the Comprehensive Community Planning (CCP) Facilitator. The CCP Coordinator provides secretarial, clerical, research and events coordination duties. More specifically this position will: Provide administrative services for the CCP Facilitator; Communicate and engage the WFN leadership, community, departments in the CCP planning process; Provide clerical and research services for the Comprehensive Community Planning Project; Establishing and overseeing an effective and efficient hard copy and electronic records management system for the WFN CCP Project; Performs other related duties as assigned by the CCP Facilitator; Education and Experience Minimum Grade 12 Education Possession of a Certificate in Business Administration preferred; Minimum 2 years office experience with acceptable work references. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to accurately type 40 words per minute; Proficient in the use of current versions of Microsoft office software, Familiar in the use of a Variety of office business machines; Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; Possess strong interpersonal relationship skills; Able to work under tight time-lines and be highly organized; Comply with the conditions of a criminal records search & oath of confidentiality; Possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of WFN community culture, traditions and aspirations.
