They are seeking an HR/Safety Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources for their 3 mills in BC. This position is based in Burns Lake, BC. Duties will include job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, talent management and safety related issues. Education: Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional 5-year experience. Experience: Proven at least 5 years working experience as HR Manager and safety management. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
