This position encompasses the administration of 3 Buildings, a total of 56 rental units that operate under4 levels of Senior housing needsAnnual Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (Commensurate with experience)The successful candidate will have:&bull Preferred degree in management or 5 years related experience.&bull Previous rental housing experience an asset.&bull Friendly, personable, and respectful of individual needs and abilities.&bull Able to interact in a courteous, respectful manner with seniors, their families and caregivers.&bull Familiar with working in home and facility setting.&bull Proven leadership qualities and skills.&bull Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office software.&bull Proficiency with Sage 50 accounting software.&bull Administration and accounting/ bookkeeping skills.&bull Experience with payroll, staff scheduling.&bull WHMIS course.&bull Clear criminal record check.
