Full-time opportunity for a Manager at our busy little caf&eacute in Smithers BC At Two Sisters we take pride in our food and make everything from scratch with local, in season and/or organic ingredients. Our relationships in the community matter, so we seek people who will share and maintain our values. We are a very busy kitchen and it is a small space, so efficiency and organization are crucial. Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks. Positive, cheerful personalities are most welcomed. Responsibilities include: overseeing daily operations, dealing with catering requests and customer concerns, ordering groceries daily and other ingredients/supplies as needed, dealing with staffing issues as they arise, scheduling, handling maintenance concerns, covering shifts, organizing paperwork and maintaining close contact with owner in her absence.
