$500 · Room for rent

Please read carefully I am a male camp worker that is home for 2 weeks and away for 2 weeks at a time. I am looking for a respectful person that is more of a home body to accommodate being able to care for my dog “Hank”. He’s a 5 year-old English bull dog who is very energetic and friendly. He doesn’t realize how big he is and isn’t keen on little dogs or cats. Hank cannot be left at home for more than 8 hours without going out to pee. He likes to go for walks and to play. At times there maybe family members that will also come by to walk Hank when they are available, but you MUST be able to do so as this is not a given. He cannot be left alone at night. During the 2 weeks I am gone Hank must be a priority and therefore rent is very inexpensive and utilities are free. If I am away for longer then my allocated 2 week to take vacation I would be willing to reduce the rent for that month 100 dollar per week that I am gone. The home is a 3 bdrm rancher with a fenced yard just outside of Parkville in a quite area. It is not on a bus route. You would have a single bdrm in the home and if needed a second room for entertainment which is 12”x10” and has a closet for your items. It is unfurnished to accommodate your personal items. Shared bath, kitchen, and living area. There is Wi-Fi and a security system in the home. Parking space for one vehicle on site. The house is well maintained and clean.
